Santa’s Cookies

Ingredients

     -       A splash of Vainilla Molina

-       340g of flour

-       180g of brown sugar

-       180g of refined sugar

-       A pinch of salt

-       A tsp of baking powder

-       4 eggs

-       250g of room temperature butter

-       100g of chocolate chips

-       100g of nuts

Directions

1.     Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix fully.

2.     Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Separate the dough into small portions the size of teaspoons.

3.     Use your hands to shape the dough and arrange on a baking tray with a baking oil spread. Leave about 5cm between each cookie portion to keep them from sticking together. 

4.     Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C) or until golden brown.
