Lemon bars


Ingredients for the crust: 

1 box of Graham crackers, into crumbles

3 tbsp of granulated sugar

1 tsp of grated lemon zest

1/4 tsp of salt 

1 stick of unsalted butter, melted


Ingredients for the filling:

1 cup of whipping cream

3 blocks of cream cheese, at room temperature

A big splash of Vainilla Molina

2 tsp of lemon juice

2 cups of powdered sugar

1 ½  cups of sour cream, room temperature


To decorate:

½ cup of fresh strawberries, sliced

Lemon wedges


  1. Mix the cookies together with salt, sugar, lemon zest & melted butter.  
  2. Press into the bottom of a square pan and freeze while you prepare the filling.
  3. Whip the whipping cream until it has stiff peaks and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, lemon juice and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina! 
  6. Add the icing sugar, one cup at a time, and beat until smooth and creamy,
  7. Fold in the previously whipping cream.

NOTE: Do not overmix, as air will be released from the whipping cream.

  1. Remove the crust from the freezer and spoon the filling over.
  2. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and lemon wedges.
