Coconut milk & berry paletas

Ingredients

1 ½ cup of coconut milk 

A big splash of Vainilla Molina 

2 tbsp of lime juice 

3 tbsp of chia seeds 

2 cups of berries (strawberries, blueberry, blackberries) 

Optional sweetener (honey, stevia, xylitol, monk fruit)

Directions

  1. Pour the milk, the sweetener, the lime juice, a big splash of Vainilla Molina and the chia seeds into a bowl. 
  2. Mix to incorporate all the ingredients. 
  3. Add the chopped fruit to the popsicle mold. 
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold. 
  5. Freeze until firm.
