Matcha bubble tea

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup black tapioca

1⁄2 cup of milk (can be vegetable milk)

1⁄4 cup of hot water

A big splash of Vainilla Molina

 

Directions

  1. Boil the tapioca for 1 hr, rinse and drain.
  2. Add the tapioca pearls in a glass and add the milk.
  3. Add a big splash of Vanilla Molina!
  4. Add the prepared matcha tea.

To prepare matcha tea:

  1. Pass the teaspoon of matcha tea through a strainer.
  2. Add the hot water. Beat until foamy.
