CORN BREAD

Ingredients

1 cup yellow corn

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup of cream

¼ cup flour

1 splash of Vanilla Molina Clear

¼ cup melted butter

3 eggs

Confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Incorporate well.
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 previously greased individual molds.
  4. Bake at 180 °C / 350  °F for 20 minutes.
  5. Unmold and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
