Coconut lavender coffee
Enjoy it hot or cold!
You'll need:
- 1 cup of black coffee
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of lavender
- Sweetener to taste
- Ice
- A big splash of Vainilla Molina

Mix the milk and lavender in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir the black coffee into the milk mixture, and add a big splash of Vainilla Molina.

Sweeten and serve in a glass with ice, or drink it hot.
Coffee mojito
Ideal for hot days!
You'll need:
- 1 small cup of espresso coffee
- A big splash of Vainilla Molina
- 1 tsp of mint syrup
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- ¼ cup of mineral water
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 5 cups of crushed ice
1. Pour the mint syrup, Vainilla Molina and mineral water into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the sugar, 2 ice cubes, and shake the ingredients.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass and add 5 tablespoons of crushed ice.
4. Use a spoon to gently add the espresso to the glass.
5. Garnish the top of your glass with a mint leaf.
Irish Coffee
Simple, quick and delicious. You’ll need:
- 1 cup of coffee
- A big splash of Vainilla Molina
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- ½ shot of whiskey
- Whipping cream
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
1. In a glass, add the whiskey, sugar and Vainilla Molina.
2. Heat the glass with the ingredients for 30 seconds in the microwave.
3. Pour into a cup, add whipped cream, add cinnamon powder and enjoy!
Affogato
Learn how to prepare it in two simple steps with these ingredients:
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 shot of espresso coffee

All you need is:
- 1 cup of espresso or decaffeinated coffee sweetened to your taste
- A big splash of Vainilla Molina
- Cocoa powder to decorate
- 1 cup of whole milk
1. Whisk the milk for 2 minutes until frothy.
2. Place the whipped milk in the microwave for 30 seconds to compact the foam.
3. Put the milk foam in a cup and pour the coffee on one side. This way, the coffee goes down and the froth stays on top. Add a splash of Vainilla Molina and finish by sprinkling cocoa powder on top.
