Chia raspberry and coconut pudding

Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk

½ cup chia seeds

¼ cup cocoa flakes

1 cup of raspberries

Sweetener to taste

A big splash of Vanilla Molina

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and Vanilla Molina in a bowl.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour or until the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
  3. Divide into 4 servings.
  4. Serve with the coconut flakes and raspberries.
  5. Enjoy!
