Chia raspberry and coconut pudding
Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup cocoa flakes
1 cup of raspberries
Sweetener to taste
A big splash of Vanilla Molina
Directions
- Place the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and Vanilla Molina in a bowl.
- Let stand for 1 hour or until the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
- Divide into 4 servings.
- Serve with the coconut flakes and raspberries.
