Eggnog

Ingredients

-       A splash of Vainilla Molina

-       6 eggs

-       5 cups of evaporated milk

-       3 1/3 cups of condensed milk

-       ½ cup of white rum or bourbon whiskey

-       1 tbsp of Angostura bitters

-       2/3 tbsp of lemon juice

-       1 tsp of ground nutmeg

Directions

1.     Put eggs and lemon juice in a blender and blend until soft and fluffy.

2.     Little by little, add evaporated milk, condensed milk, Vainilla Molina, and then all remaining ingredients. Make sure to blend well.

3.     Refrigerate to let flavors mix.

4.     Serve and top with ground nutmeg or cinnamon.
