No-bake eggnog cheesecake cups


For the base:

 8 crushed graham crackers

4 tbsp of melted butter

2 tsp of sugar

2 tbsp of brown sugar


For the filling:

1 cup of half & half

1 block of cream cheese

1 box of vanilla cheesecake puddin mix

1 ½ cup of eggnog

A big splash of Vainilla Molina


  1. Serve the graham crackers in a bowl, add the melted butter and sugars. 
  2. Serve in small glasses, pressing with a spoon on the bottom. 
  3. In a bowl beat the cream cheese.
  4. Add the eggnog and pudding to the cream cheese and beat on low speed.
  5. Add with a spatula the half and half cream and combine.
  6. Serve over the crushed cookies in the glasses.
  7. Garnish with berries
