HALLOWEEN COOKIES
Ingredients
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of icing sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
A big splash of Vainilla Molina
WHITE GLAZE
1 1/2 cups + 1 1/2 tablespoons of icing sugar
2 tbsp. of water
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder
3 tbsp. of water
Directions
- In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and a big splash of Vainilla Molina.
- Add the egg and butter, unify together with the dry ingredients.
- Form a ball with the dough and wrap it in a plastic wrap, let it rest in your refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF)
- Spread the dough on a table with flour, with a rolling pin until it is 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut your cookies with a cookie cutter with your favorite shape and place them on a tray covered with wax paper
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ºC (350 ºF) or until golden brown.
- Remove them from the oven and wait for them to cool to decorate them.
- Mix the glaze ingredients in a cup or bowl and place the mixture for each color on a sleeve.
- Decorate your cookies, let them stand for the glaze to dry.
