HALLOWEEN COOKIES

Ingredients

½ cup of flour

¼ cup of icing sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon powder

2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 egg

1 stick of unsalted butter, melted

A big splash of Vainilla Molina

 

WHITE GLAZE

 

1 1/2 cups + 1 1/2 tablespoons of icing sugar

2 tbsp. of water

 

CHOCOLATE GLAZE 

 

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 cup of cocoa powder

3 tbsp. of water

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and a big splash of Vainilla Molina.
  2. Add the egg and butter, unify together with the dry ingredients.
  3. Form a ball with the dough and wrap it in a plastic wrap, let it rest in your refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF)
  5. Spread the dough on a table with flour, with a rolling pin until it is 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Cut your cookies with a cookie cutter with your favorite shape and place them on a tray covered with wax paper
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ºC (350 ºF) or until golden brown.
  8. Remove them from the oven and wait for them to cool to decorate them.
  9. Mix the glaze ingredients in a cup or bowl and place the mixture for each color on a sleeve.
  10. Decorate your cookies, let them stand for the glaze to dry.
