PIÑA COLADA CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

1 cup of coconut milk

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

Pineapple chunks

Sweetener (optional)

Directions

1. In a bowl, serve the coconut milk and hydrate the chia seeds for one hour.

2. Add the splash of Vanilla Molina Clear.

3. Serve in a container.

4. Decorate with pieces of pineapple, shredded coconut, coconut pulp and umbrellas.
