Get rid of everything that hurts you

It is a good time to end bad habits such as smoking, drinking or overeating, which although they give you temporary pleasure are not beneficial for your health. This may be difficult at first, so try asking for help from a professional. You will put an end to give a fresh start.

 

Exercise three times a week

It's not as hard as it looks. Look for three or four moments in the hour-long week to begin a cardiovascular exercise routine such as running, cycling or swimming. All are a good example of very complete exercises to improve your good habits of life.

 

Adjust your diet

We propose some healthy alternatives to limit or even eliminate for being highly negative:

● Sugary drinks (soft drinks, beers, etc.), change for (water, infusions, coffee / decaffeinated).

● Sugars and saturated fat (butter, donuts, cakes, chocolates, etc.), replaced by fruits, cereals, yoghurts, light bars.

● Make purchases always after eating, when the stomach and therefore the brain are satisfied with food, so you will buy things you really need.

 

Start the day with music

Listen to some music while having breakfast, showering or going on your way to your destination. Something animated for days when you are off and something quiet for the days that you find altered.

 

Skip the rules, once a week

Take one day a week to break some of the rules, but not all, choose what you would like to do that you do not do regularly and do it. If you later have remorse or guilt, think about what you can do next time to replace it and not weigh on your conscience.
